Target Hardware

Our new TargetTag system builds on experience gained from the very popular TargetKey counter system. By using RFID tags there are no contacts or key readers to wear out. The enclosure is now completely water-proof.

 

Using a standard NFC ( Near Field Communication ) card which is the same size as a credit card, the card is simply placed in the holder on the counter unit to activate the system.

 

Cards can be either count down (prepay) where a customer can buy up to 4000 targets and keeps his card. Or count up, where targets are added to the card as your customer shoots which is then returned to the front desk to show how many targets have been used.

 

Cards are custom printed both front and back with your club logo and details. The picture to the right show a card in a counter that we printed for Birds Landing in CA.

TargetTag Software

The TargetTag software can be installed on any Windows PC running Windows XP through to Windows 10.

 

Using the included USB card reader cards can be issued to your customers just with two mouse clicks.

 

The software has many features which enable you to keep track of target usage, either by the day, month or year or any period you specify.

 

For larger clubs there is a network version of the TargetTag software which enables you to issue cards from two or more workstations. This is included at no extra charge on your installation CD.

 

Apart from target usage the software has a complete customer database which you can use for mailing labels or mass emailing for up coming tournaments or general news.

 

If your club has memberships the software will also track membership renewals and lifetime memberships.

 

All reports can be viewed, printed or exported to Excel if required.

 

Many of the new features in TargetTag have been suggestions from existing customers.

R4300 Receivers

 

R4300 Digital Receiver

The common component of the 4300 Series is the R4300 Digital receiver. This is used with all the 4300 transmitters and the TargetTag counter system.

 

The R4300 Receiver can operate any trap whether powered by a 12 volt battery or 110 or 240 Volts AC.

 

Now with "Link Mode" no need to set dip switches. Or dip switches can still be used for backward compatibility.

 

 

R4300WP Wireless Pull Cord

The wireless pull cord is designed to be used with the T4300A and T4300A-V voice activated transmitter. A favorite with skeet shooters it does away with dragging a regular pull cord around the field.

 

When used with the TargetTag counter system no external power is required. Otherwise a 12 volt DC power supply is needed, ( 12 volt transformer supplied with receiver on request ).

 

Operates 2 machines.

R4300H Receiver Hub

If you have all your 5 Stand release cords wired back to a central point the Hub provides a cost saving solution.

The Hub is available in 4, 8 and 15 trap versions.

​Old Winchester 110 volt machines to the latest 12 volt sporting machines can all be connected to the one hub.

 

Operates with the MT4300 or MT4300-C.

Operates up to 15 machines.

Requires a 12 volt DC supply. Supplied with a 12 volt wall transformer.

 

 

R4300W Wobble Trap Controller

The R4300W will control the horizontal and vertical movement of any wobble machine and is also used to fire the machine.

 

Used with the wobble function of the MT4300-C and the T-1WF Digital Transmitter

 

 

 

 

 

MT4300 Controllers

 

MT 4300 Multi-Trap Wireless Controller

The MT-4300 can operate 15 traps on each of 255 channels. each channel is a different frequency so will not cause interference on adjacent fields.

 

Power by a small Lithium-Ion battery, which can be charged by either the included wall transformer or by connecting to a USB port on a PC. On a full charge the unit will throw about 50,000 targets. Includes an on screen battery level indicator.

 

5 Stand or SportTrap (UK)

6 Different menus can be loaded into memory which remain even after the unit is powered off. The 6 menus can be made for different levels of difficulty depending on how you set your targets. Simply enter the number of shooters in the squad and you are ready to go.

No Bird, no problem, simply hit the "No Bird" button and the target or targets are thrown again when the shooter calls.

MT 4300-C Multi-Trap Controller

Built to the same specifications as the MT-4300. The C version is aimed at operating a sporting clays or super sporting course.

With its built in counter system the MT-4300-C will track all target usage as a group shoots their way through your sporting course. Up to 99 stations.

 

When in sporting clays mode simply enter the number of the station you are starting at and the MT-C operates as a standard 3 button transmitter firing the 2 traps at each station. The red buttons firing trap 1, 2 and double. When finished at that station press "Enter" and the MT-C will reconfigure itself ready for the next station.

 

Controls either 3 or 4 traps per station when in super sporting mode.

 

The "Solo Shooter" system provides a way for an individual to shoot your entire course without the need for a trapper.

 

The MT-4300-C can also control the movement of up to 4 individual wobble machines.

 

Unique "Lock On" feature enables you to repeat throwing the same pair, either report or true, over and over just by pressing the "Enter" button. Ideal for training or visiting instructors.

 

 

T4300 Transmitters

 

T4300A Digital Transmitter

 

The T4300A represents the next step in transmitter technology. New key pad overlay with built in LED’s offer a longer life and better water resistance than regular push buttons. Operates two R4300 receivers to give singles, report or true pairs.

 

By using the 127 available field/channel settings the R4300 can be used on adjacent stations with no interference.

 

With no ON/OFF switch, the T4300 has instant "ON" and transmit, saving battery power.

 

The T4300A operates on a single 9 volt battery and has an operating distance in excess of 400 yards.

 

 

T4300A Digital Transmitter Voice Operated

 

The T4300A voice is a great way to practice if you are by yourself. The voice circuitry is built into the main board of the T4300A keeping the unit compact and lightweight.

 

Will launch singles, true pairs and report pairs.

 

Remove the microphone and the unit reverts back to a regular T4300A.

 

Works with R4300 receivers.

 

Unique "Lock On" feature enables you to choose either trap 1 or trap 2 or doubles and just keep calling for the target. eliminates the need to keep pressing buttons to arm the unit.

 

If your skeet club has the Long Range TargetKey or TargetTag counter system installed ask about the T4300A-V voice release that plugs directly into the counter unit.

 

 

T-1WF Wobble Trap Digital Transmitter

The T-1WF is the perfect companion to any wobble trap! Use the Nudge buttons to adjust the wobble trap by small increments vertically or horizontally. Continuously oscillate the wobble trap by using the On/Off buttons.

 

Includes a preprogrammed Flush Mode which will continuously throw targets every 2 or 4 seconds.

 

By using the 127 available field/channel settings the T1WF and R4300 Wobble  Receiver can be used on adjacent stations with no interference..

 

Works only with R4300 Wobble receivers.

 

Operates on a single 9 volt battery.

 

 

​T-1WFV Wobble Trap Digital Transmitter

The T-1WFV is the perfect companion to any wobble trap and includes voice activation! Use the Nudge buttons to adjust the wobble trap by small increments vertically or horizontally. Also, continuously oscillate the wobble trap by using the On/Off buttons. Call for targets with the sound of your voice with the included lapel microphone.

 

Includes a preprogrammed Flush Mode which will continuously throw targets every 2 or 4 seconds.

 

Remove the microphone and the unit reverts back to a regular T-1WF.

 

Unique "Lock On" feature enables you to lock the fire command and just keep calling for the target. Eliminates the need to keep pressing the Fire button to arm the unit.

 

By using the 127 available field/channel settings the T1WF and R4300 Wobble  Receiver can be used on adjacent stations with no interference..

 

Works only with R4300 Wobble receivers.

 

Operates on a single 9 volt battery.

 

 

T-8 Digital Transmitter - Now with Link Mode

The T-8 is built to the same specifications as the T4300 transmitter, with a twist..... It is able to launch 8 machines all at the same time.

 

Pressing the "True Pair" button allows you to select multiple traps and fire them simultaneously by again pressing the "True Pair" button

 

The "Lock On" feature enables repeated throws of up to all 8 machines.

 

A very easy to use 5 Stand or FITASC controller.

 

By using the 127 available field/channel settings the T-8 can be used on adjacent stations with no interference.

 

The T-8 operates on a single 9 volt battery and has an operating distance in excess of 400 yards.

 

 

T-8 Digital Transmitter Voice Operated

All the features of the regular T-8 with the benefit of being voice operated. The voice circuitry is built into the main board of the T-8 keeping the unit compact and lightweight.

T4300A-S Digital Transmitter

The S, stands for secure. We have taken a T4300A and put it in a waterproof enclosure. This is then secured to the shooting stand. Targets are then released using a 3 button standard pull cord.

 

If you are worried about your T4300-A's going walkabout this is the solution.

 

Supplied with an 8ft, 3 button pull cord and cradle. Custom lengths of pull cord available.

 

Operates on a standard 9volt battery. Range in excess of 400yds.

 

Works with R4300 digital receivers.

 

 

Delay Timers

 

DT-600 Delay Timer

The DT-600 is an easy to install and operate delay timer for any 12 volt machine. 0 - 6 Second variable timer. Can be connected to an R4300 Digital receiver to give wireless operation.

 

If your machine does not supply 12 volts at the "Pull Cord" we have a version which connects directly to the 12 volt battery. If your machine is 110 Volts AC ask about our 12 volt wall transformers.

 

Delay timers are connected inline with the trap's "Pull Cord" and delay the firing of the machine after the release button is pressed. The delay can be set from instant to 6 seconds by turning the knob on the unit.

For the solo shooter with a couple of traps it makes an ideal way to practice. For target setters it can make all the difference between a good "True Pair" and a really good "True Pair". Complies with the NSCA rule regarding "Electronically Controlled True Pairs".

 

 

WDT-600 Wireless Delay Timer

The Wireless Delay Timer has been integrated with an LT-100 transmitter and receiver to give a wireless operation.

 

0 - 6 Second variable timer. Range about 70 yards.

 

Can also be connected to a 110 volt machine with 12 volt transformer.

FITASC Sporting

4 Menus in the FITASC section enable you to load all 4 parcour menus in one controller, for a 100 bird tournament. Screen indicators have now changed from numbers in 5 Stand to letters. On screen display also shows when to change to doubles and to change pegs.

 

COMPAK Sporting

In Compak unlike 5 stand you can have 6 shooters in a squad and stand 1 shoots first rather than shooter 1 in 5 stand. This is all done automatically when in Compak mode. Again 4 different menus can be loaded into memory.

 

Flush/Flurry

​In flush/flurry mode you can use up to 8 machines and throw up to 999 targets in a flush.

Very easy to set up, just follow the onscreen prompts.

Enter the number of traps you are using, 2 to 8.

Enter the seconds between launches, 1 to 99 seconds.

Enter the number of targets to be launched, 8 to 999.

Number of shooters, 1 to 9. Obviously more than 9 can shoot if you want.

 

Manual Mode

In manual mode simply press the buttons of the traps you want to launch. for true pairs, hit the "True Pair" button select the traps you want and hit "True Pair" again to fire.

 

The MT4300 is also available in an extended version. This option will operate 99 traps per channel. This enables clubs to take full advantage of the functions of the MT4300 controller if they have more than 15 traps they use on one field. This is also used at clubs that have a  Quail walk-up.

NEW. Just added the ability to count down targets. You add the number of targets the group or individual has purchased. The unit then counts down and stop throwing targets when it reaches zero.
